Indigenous Australian musical artist Dr G Yunupingu passed away last week at the age of 46. His aching, poetic, work is musical elation. I can delight in hearing its ethereal beauty, and at the same time feel the deficit of understanding what it is to be Aboriginal in Australia. He died from a disease that I would have been treated for at an early age and managed over a longer life.
